All sales are final. For items damaged in transit or defective, we are willing to process a refund or exchange. Melted butter or balm does not qualify for a refund or exchange (see blog "How to fix grainy Body Butter & Balms"). Please notify us by email at firstname.lastname@example.org within 10 days of receiving your order to request a refund or exchange. Include a picture and description of the damaged or defective item.
